Owner’s Comments:

The Fifer Lady, shipped directly to Vancouver from Scotland in 1961 and registered in Victoria, has traveled the entire B.C. coast. Pristinely kept in a boathouse in Squamish for the past 22 years, she underwent an extensive 7-year rebuild by Colin Lyttle (P.Eng) and shipwright Mike Haas. The vessel has attended several wooden boat festivals, winning multiple awards.

Surveyor’s Comments:

A custom-built, carvel planked vessel, the Fifer Lady is renowned for her sea-kindly nature and handsome appearance, with a North Sea pedigree. Powered by a reliable Gardner engine, she cruises efficiently at 6.5 knots, consuming less than a gallon of fuel per hour.

A 48’ x 26’ boathouse, her home for the past 22 years, is available for an additional $20,000. Located in Squamish, BC, it features an electric winch for the tarp door, electric fence, long shovel, safety harness for snow removal, water hose, and workbench.
